In offline mode, files and schedules never leave your venue network. No cloud account is required.
Security & trust

Keynotes are often confidential until the moment they go on screen. Tribuna is designed to keep them where you decide.
Separate workspaces
In online mode, each customer has their own workspace. Every record is tied to it, so one customer can't reach another's data.
Role-based access
Admins, operators, moderators and presenters each get only the screens and actions their role needs.
Audit trail
Uploads, replacements and schedule changes are logged with the user and the time. Replaced files are kept for rollback.
Encrypted in transit
The website, workspaces and licence checks use HTTPS only. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text.
Licence control
Licence keys can be revoked centrally. A short grace period keeps shows running through connectivity drops.
