What goes wrong today
Files arrive on USB sticks, by email and through shared folders, often renamed and re-sent minutes before the session. The ready-room desk has no single list of who has delivered what, and the room operator finds out about a missing deck when the speaker is already walking up.

- Every replacement creates a new file version; older versions are kept for rollback.
