Every speaker. Every room. On cue.

Tribuna collects every speaker's slides and videos, sends them to the right room, and opens each one the moment it's needed. It keeps working even when the venue network goes down.

The platform

One calm system from upload to applause

Built for the people backstage: ready-room staff, room operators and show producers who can't afford a missing file.

Speaker uploads, organised

Speakers or the ready-room team upload decks, videos and PDFs against their session. Every file is tied to a speaker, a session and a room.

Every room in running order

Plan rooms and sessions, or import the agenda from a spreadsheet. Each room machine shows only its own queue, in the order it will run.

Open on cue

The operator opens the next presentation in one click. PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF and video are all supported.

Offline-first sync

Machines find each other on the venue network and sync data and files peer to peer. If the internet drops, the show keeps running.

Roles & kiosk mode

Admins, operators, moderators and presenters each see only what they need. Kiosk mode locks a machine to its room.

Audit trail & versions

Every upload and change is logged with who and when. Replaced files are kept, so you can roll back.

All features

How it works

Plan it. Collect it. Run it.

Plan

Create the event, its rooms and sessions, or import the agenda from a spreadsheet.

Collect

Speakers upload their files ahead of time or at the ready-room desk. Tribuna checks and versions them.

Run

Each room machine gets its files ahead of time and opens every talk on cue, online or offline.

Offline-first

The venue wifi dropped. The show didn't.

Tribuna machines find each other on the local network and sync schedules and files directly with each other. Internet is optional, never a dependency.

  • Peer-to-peer sync between room machines
  • Files copied to each room ahead of time
  • Keeps running through short licence-server outages

Speaker ready room

Every file, checked in and accounted for.

Speakers upload ahead of time or at the desk. Replacements are versioned, so operators always open the latest approved file.

  • Uploads tied to speaker, session and room
  • Old versions kept for rollback
  • Full audit trail of who changed what

Questions

Frequently asked

Does Tribuna need internet at the venue?

No. In offline mode the machines sync with each other over the local network. Online mode checks your licence and syncs with your workspace, and it keeps working through short outages.

Which presentation formats work?

PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF and common video formats. Files open in the presentation software already installed on the room machine.

Which operating systems are supported?

The desktop app runs on macOS and Windows. Linux builds are available on request.

Where is our data stored?

In offline mode, only on your own machines. In online mode, in your workspace on Tribuna servers, kept separate from other customers.
